Dear Generations Fans

Thank You!

On behalf of the Generations Urban Arts Festival family, we give thanks to all those that supported our event. It could not have been successful with out all those that contributed their talents, creative insight, and efforts to put together an event that was really made for everyone.

There were many highlights at the event that we are very proud of! The “Gone too Soon” Dia de los Muertos themed altar was presented by the Richman Community Center. They did a great job presenting culture through art! Returning to our event was yoga with Neeta, who stretched the minds and bodies of our youth.  And lastly, we had our first art battle between Meex and Zerk. This was by far the smash hit of the event and we hope to see these graffiti artists again!

We give thanks to all those that came out to experience the culture and essence of hip-hop at it roots. Special thanks to Target Stores for helping us make this possible. To all of the artists that performed or contributed to a successful event including Bobo & Rhettmatic, DJ Icey Ice,  dj wHat!?, B-boy Enerjetik, DJ Soluz, Dj Michelle Q., Zurk, Meex, Zaire Black, and Rich One / Nasa Crew.
With Respects,

Fullerton Parks & Recreation, Tyrone Maximum, and Dino Mayorga
